I spend the time and the effort that is needed to accomplish a resolution with the parties. The type of mediation depends on the parties, topic, the legal status of the dispute. It is not a cookie cutter or only a certain amount of time approach. I do not conduct a type of mediation (i.e., transformative, facilitative, etc.) but rather assess the specific situation and discussions with parties and work appropriately. My personal and professional background is diverse.

Technology experience is varied, includes in-house counsel for a global software company and AI taskforce for a photography organization. Mediated and arbitrated cases using Zoom, Teams, and other formats. Zoom is the preferred platform. Some corporations and government prefer other platforms and that is certainly acceptable. No preference to in person, virtual or hybrid, and leave that to the parties and counsel and their evaluation of their needs.
