My background and experience uniquely positions me to be an effective mediator in governmental liability cases, particularly §1983 actions.
Additionally, my broad background and trial experience also assist me in mediating various injury cases from car crashes, to slip-and-falls, to industrial incidents. We also have tried business/industry cases including major property damage cases.

I encourage participants to bring an open mind and a spirit of compromise in an effort to reach common ground. I tell participants (as well as my own clients), mediation provides the parties with some control over the outcome -- the ability to say "yes" or "no." However, if the case progress to adjudication by a judge or jury, then the parties have lost control (or at least most control).
