Mediated disputes in pharmaceutical, food services, automotive and medical fields. Also mediated disputes among shareholders and partners in law, dental, accounting and other practices, construction disputes and divorce.
Disputes have involved wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, division of medical and dental practice locations and assets; and property settlement in divorce.
I use non-directive techniques and endeavor to encourage discussion to develop pragmatic awareness of the practical benefits of reaching immediate settlement and the dangers and disadvantages of continued conflict.
