Some of her articles include “Assessing Employee Conflicts” published by the American Society for Training and Development, “Preventative Mediation in the Workplace” published by the Association for Conflict Resolution, "How HR can encourage a respectful workplace" and "Can't we all just get along" published by Society of HR Managers. She co-wrote and published "Advanced Mediation Skills for High School Peer Mediators" through Peace Education and co-authored "Why We Do What We Do", a workbook series for at-risk youth in alternative suspension programs.<br/>
For more than two decades, Sheryle Woodruff has been a full time mediator, coach, and trainer in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She has taught many classes related to ADR.
In mediation, Sheryle specializes in workplace disputes but has handled a variety of issues such as EEO, Discrimination, partnership disputes, business disputes, interpersonal disputes, insurance disputes, IEP, ADA, Accommodations and more.
